The Pravo.ru portal published the results of a study of Russian law firms specializing in resolving litigation.
It includes the most successful law firms. In addition to the leaders in resolving arbitration disputes, the companies involved in the largest number of cases, the firms with the largest claims, became known.
ANP ZENIT legal confirms and maintains its leading position in Group 1 of this study.
Also, ANP ZENIT legal ranks second in terms of the number of disputes resolved in 2022 among Russian regional companies.
To identify the leading law firms in the industry, Pravo.ru analysts analyzed more than 10,000 court decisions over the past year.
When distributing companies into groups, a combination of such parameters was taken into account, such as:
- the total amount of claims in 2022;
- the number of decisions of final instances in courts for 2022;
- score for results in courts;
- average claim amount;
- win rate — score for the result in courts / number of decisions.
